FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVERS AND BEVERAGE CART SERVERS
SugarTree Golf Club is currently taking applications for grill and beverage cart service staff. Located at 251 SugarTree Drive, Lipan, Texas 76462.
We are looking for both full and part time restaurant servers and beverage cart staff to begin the busy golf and party season with us. Great tips, and a casual work environment is what we can offer, along with flexible work schedules and discounted meals.

GUEST SERVICES
SugarTree Golf Club is looking for outgoing, energetic and friendly individuals for guest services positions. This position involves, but is not limited to: greeting, welcoming and delivering excellent guest services, handling golf bags, ensuring the proper protection and preservation of club assets and golf operations equipment. Along with hourly pay plus gratuities, all positions include golf privileges. Qualified candidates must be energetic, outgoing and possess great communication skills. These individuals must also like working outdoors and serving a broad spectrum of customers. Some "high-end" service experience is preferred, but not required.

GOLF SHOP PERSONEL
Position Summary:
Working under the direction of Head Golf Professional, the person will assist with all golf operations. Special focus to include: guest satisfaction, merchandising, implementing golf events, tournaments, outings, and other golf programs designed to improve products and services as well as competitive positioning in the marketplace.
Major Duties:
- Provide first-class guest services to guests with a focus on all golf operations.
- Help design, organize and implement all aspects of golf outings and tournament operations including creation of cart signs, scorecards, format sheets, cart staging and scoring.
- Assist in maintaining the golf shop, cart shelter and staging, practice facility, grounds and golf course.
- Monitor the appearance and performance of golf shop and outside operations staff.
- Proficiency with computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, point of sale systems, handicap software, and golf tournament management systems.
- Demonstrate quality written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; effectively handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours including weekends and nights.
- Maintain a positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
